Program Upload Form

This online tool allows you to submit documents to BC Housing for the following programs. The Program Upload Form can be used instead of mailing or faxing documents and is more secure than email.

• The Housing Registry
• Supportive Housing Registry
• Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER)
• Rental Assistance Program
• BC Rebate for Accessible Home Adaptations (BC-RAHA)
• Affordable Home Ownership Program (AHOP)
• Canada – British Columbia Housing Benefit (C-BCHB)

This form is for submitting documents only, please do not submit questions or inquiries. If you have questions or want to discuss your file, please call the enquiry line at 604-433-2218, or toll free 1-800-257-7756.

Important Note if uploading for a third party

1. Please DO NOT upload documents for more than one client/applicant at a time. This will cause processing delays. Please complete a separate upload for each client. Please enter the client/applicant’s name in the upload form, not yours.
2. Please DO NOT upload a completed VAT using this platform. Please forward the VAT to the appropriate BC Housing regional office for processing.
3. Please DO NOT upload a HIFIS consent form using this portal. It should be forwarded to the appropriate BC Housing regional office for handling.

The personal information you provide on this form is collected by BC Housing under section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, for the purpose of matching uploaded documents to existing applications with BC Housing, or to track and process newly submitted applications for programs administered by BC Housing.
